ON BPOs...

8) yes, that's a very good business, and it's both feasible and possible. Take into consideration though that in any BPO, there should be competent IT individuals to back the business, aside from infusion of a hefty capital and competent call center agents. I have been an agent in a new outsourcing company before but then no matter how big the capital was, the business still failed primarily because the IT and telephony people did not work hard in making sure that the audio would be good enough since there would be line termination issues when the line couldn't at all support all the calling and dsl usage for the center. We had to make do with bad, scratchy line; and more often than not, because I was with sales that time, people in the states would perceive the call as a way of scamming or duping people.
