ayaw na kamo maghuwat na kamo mangdako na kay" very hard to manage" na your fats. STAY SLIM IF POSSIBLE. I can lose 10 lbs in two-month but I can gain it back in 4 days. Blame it kono sa metabolism ](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif "Brick wall"){kind=small}
pero pagtuo ko diciplina an kailangan. I really want to lose weight not for looks but I want to stay HEALTHY

Amo kay gayod Mana C...Mag-uno sa iton wealth kon puro na LSD an ato lawas.Kanaman kami nan ako hubby, we've been sporting a HEALTHY REGIME, we don't call it anymore a DIET.
