So that everybody will be glad.

A man who has the COURAGE to do only good,
Despite everyone is getting rude.

A man must be HUMBLE & TRUE,
So that everybody will never be blue.

A man who is HONEST enough,
No matter it turns out rough,

A man who is HELPFUL without counting any cost,
Because in his mind, that’s what matters most.

A man must be PASSIONATE,
So that everything he does will always be met.

A man must be INTELLIGENT,
So that he can produce a quality management.

A man who loves his COUNTRY,
No matter what happens and comes along the way.

A man who loves his FAMILY,
By spending time with so much quality.

I hope all LEADERS will have this quality,
So that he can manage anything beautifully.
