abroad
abroad is for exploration for those who love adventures. abroad is a world of everything. one has to have a thousand options before doing so. i'm on Bonsal and guess-not's side on this implication. if i am in Bon's shoes, heck! NO! i wouldn't go anywhere but stay where i belong. if i am kalachuchi's husband, the more i would love my very own for having so lucky to have everything with and can't ask for more without wasting time and money flying to saudi, america or elsewhere away from my country. if i have to choose i prefer to be home, sweetest home. most of us gone too far as a matter of choice. and some of us have no choices. one way or another we're away from our country-abroad! we earn dollar, aren't we spending dollar too? see? same thing! i think, going or coming abroad is one's personal pick....finanacially resourceful is their reason to be abroad...if only we utilize our own resources, we need our people, we don't need to earn outside and then we're a happy country...but thats not gonna happen. anyways, kadukaon ako mga bata....gtg now...

workign abroad depends on the situation and your reasons behind it!!! but i think, i'd prefer to work abroad coz here in the phils...my god u can see naman what's happening right now. the gov't is in such mess, they don't comply to the needs of the workers, i mean like for nurses, gov't wont allow them to work abroad unless u work here first for 2 years, hell no! if they want nurses to stay here they should give good benefits. ur monthly allowance as a nursing student ay mas malaki pa sa kikitain mo when ur working as a nurse here in pinas. i know nursing is for caring, but, u have to be realistic now, baka mauna ka pang mamatay sa gutom kesa sa patient mo dahil wala ka ng kinakain!

it's always sad to see people leave and seek for greener pastures. who would want to work in an environment where descrimination is an everyday battle? but then again there's a reason for evrythng. the economic state of our country doesn't leave us much of a choice, of course there's the fact that basically anyone can run for the presidency. no wonder the political condition of our country can be compared to that of a circus.
nway, my point is, going abroad is, and has always been a choice. believe din ako sa mga tao na maga-sacrifice that wid being away from their families. there's nothing wrong with dreaming of a better life, and sumhow that seems bleak with staying or working here. well, of cours it depends on the career path ur taKING, if ur earning more than the average, good for u. it's just sad becoz the medical field seems to be takng the bitter end of the gov't's budget. no wonder doctors and nurses alike are more than willing to grab the oportunity to earn more. cai's ryt, with the meager salary most of us are receiving, walang mngyayari.

biyaan mo na baya taraw ako kay mag-abroad na sa kaw...
Anyway, I don't buy the idea that being in the medical field by going abroad would be the only option to maximize your career's financial viability. It sounds like a desperate move on your part. Why don't you first exhaust all means to perk up your career… besides, it’s not all about money the reason why we are in this world. Living in an ambiance synchronized by harmony with your friends & loveones is something that money can't acquire with. Peace tyo ha! luv yah...

HOY! kamo duha, pamati kay may ako suggestion. suggestion lamang. take it or leave it.
Mintras wara pay mga baktin na atiman-nunon kadi na-ay kamo sa america. Ikaw colet easy sa kaw makatrabajo ngadi tungod sa imo profession. Bisan duha da ka tuig para makapondohay lugar. "Vacation with pay" lugar. Both of you will work here in the USA. Palit da-an kamo nan haus & lot mintras barato pa, tapus kuha-a niyo ngadi an iyo panbayad, pa subrahihay para may iyo pondo. kon mag-start na kamo nan pamilya settle na kamo nan iyo shelter. Haw balik na kamo dayon ngaton sa Pilipinas, if you want to settle there.
Yes, I agree with you Bon, that money is not everything BUT money HELPS a LOT. PERO dili isab ako conformi na kamo dili mag-iban. Bon, masayon dasa kaw makatrabajo ngadi. Ya-on imo knowledge sa computer? tapayan dakaw na maka trabajo ngadi. Kon may plano na niyo na 'til death do you part na, then honeymoon niyo ngadi for 2 years. kids will follow if you go home to the 'pinas na. Puede isab ngadi kamo mag-baby para US citizen kay kon dako na siya puede na siya magpili kon ha-in siya ganahan maghuya. And it will be easier for the kid or kids to come to the U.S kay natural born citizen sa siya. Bon, I'm very much aware that America is not in your vocabulario pero si Coletz isab mas madayaw an america sa iya profession so you guys should compromise. Without compromise imposibli na an marrige mo last. belivi me...compromise is not a popular word for me either. I don't like compromise. It is hard. Ya-on da ya-on kaniyo.
America is good for the youngs, kay hamok pa an iyo energy hasta oras na puede mahigamble. You still have all the tym kay bata pasa kamo. may dako na-oras nakamo makabawi kon ugaling kamo mapalpak. This is just a thought. Both of you should think about it.
Take care.
