of course i remember it. my entry for the poster making contest was actually a repro of the cover of an elementary book (Doorways to Reading? or was it Stories in Parade?) that featured men carrying on their shoulders a nipa hut perched on bamboo poles. i just thought back then that it fitted the Alay Kapwa theme. but really now, it was a no-brainer!
