BUT THERE'S AN EVEN BIGGER CHANCE for Tagon-ons to turn fairer with the recent operationalization of the local water facilities.
The water facility was inaugurated last August, during the Araw ng Tago Celebration. It is scheduled to be turned over to the Local Government Unit of Tago next month.
Engr. Larry S. Bautista, the manager, said 95 residences have been provided with water that's treated, sparkling, and clean. Installation is going on like crazy especially that the first 200 subscribers get free water meter and pipes.
Today 'til December 2008, Tagon-ons need to pay only the P150 minimum for residential and P250 for commercial establishments because the water district staff have yet to learn the rudiments of meter reading.
