Cathedral Windows Gelatin

Ingredients

3 or 4 small boxes of jello (different colors/flavors)
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 box of Knox gelatin
2 cups of water

Directions
Prepare the 3 or 4 boxes of jello as the package instructs. Use molds that will make it easy for you to cut the jello into cubes of maybe almost an inch. Make sure that the jello is completely solid!

Cut these into cubes and gently mix together then place in a large mold. I used a bundt pan (yaon sa tupperware) which was a perfect size.

Empty the gelatin envelopes into a large bowl. Pour over the evaporated milk and let sit about 5 minutes. In the mean time, boil the water. Mix the condensed milk and boiled water with the evaporated milk and gelatin. Let cool completely and then pour into the mold with the jello cubes. Chill until firm.
