is your new office still at cebu's IT park? diton kay ako last december when i herded the people from bislig city who wanted to know a bit about how an IT park should be run.

to maximize the trip, i requested people from DTI-cebu to arrange a briefing and a tour around IT park. mr. raul mananquil (who, for a time, taught at san nicolas in surigao city) agreed to the briefing but declined the request for a tour because we needed to have it cleared a week in advance at the very least sa mga firm managers.
the briefing went fine and the participants enjoyed it. but what was funny was that we were given the impression that it was all hi-tech at the IT park, but when we asked for a certificate of appearance, it took raul's clerk almost an hour kay di kadayaw haw hibawo mag computer. hahahaha.
