my condolences and sympathy to the family of auntie(mommy) angie

the majority of Purisimian '02 call her 'mommy', and i know she liked it..makita mo an smile niya kon tawagon na siya na mommy..i love her siopao, saktohe gayud kamo the best an iya siopao..waray ako kahibaw-anan na yagkasakit baya siya naman yakuga ako paghibasa nan ini..may she rest in peace..

Wara ako kakila kaniya pero sayod ako na malami kuno siya magluto nan siopao. Pag-uli nan cousin ko sa Tago nan una, intagaan nan yamatay an cousin ko nan iya recipe na siopao. Baya baya taraw intagaan niya an cousin ko na dili sa niya gayod ini ihatag sa iban kay negosyo lagi niya. Tapos inhatag isab nan cousin ko kanako. Koman amo nay permi ako pagasunod pagluto. Basta kon magluto ako makadomdom dayon ako na gikan yaon kaniya na recipe though wara gayod ako kadomdom kaniya, sorry. So koman, the more I will remember her kon magluto na ako nan siopao. Thanks to you Mana Angie.

intagaan niya an cousin ko na dili sa niya gayod ini ihatag sa iban kay negosyo lagi niya. .

i dunno if this is any consolation: though angie has died, her siopao lives on in her daughter-in-law, nenet salas! there were even times that nenet's siopao tasted yummier.

thing is, nenet has stopped making siopao because she was busy then taking care of her lola sol salas. after her lola's death, she took care of angie.

I fondly remember mana Angie specially her infamous siopao which Papa Bryan longed for whenever he visits Tago.

Our Deepest Sympathy to her family.
We would surely include her in our prayers.

Can anyone tell me what caused the passing of mana Angie? my uncle Bryan is wondering since she is not really that old or sickly.
