Ning,

Last Friday I received an e-mail from Kamps about your homecoming due to Iya Totang's condition. When I arrived home from work I got the same message in my answering machine. I was in disbelief receiving such upsetting news as 6 months ago when we were in Tago I was just talking to her with no signs of any medical problem. Ay ay an panahon gayod agaw dili sa hibaw-an.

Ning, please know that we are grieving with you and your family. Trust that God will help you lighten the scale of your grief knowing that you have heaps of relatives and friends that support you in any form. I know how it is to be going back home to Guam with heavy heart as it happened to me. The passing of time and good memories you had with her will help you overcome the pain. In God we pray for the repose of her soul. Amen.

With you in prayers,

The Gran family

It’s clichéd Dying is part of living. It is difficult to find the right words for a message like this.

Eternal rest grant unto her oh Lord,

'Ya Totang's body arrived at 7:08 last night.

Badung's still in Davao for some urgent matters to attend to. She might arrive today.

Our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the bereaved family.

"Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on." "Yes," said the Spirit, "let them find rest from their labors, for their works accompany them." (Revelation 14:13)

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord,
And let perpetual light shine upon her.
And may she rest in peace.
Amen.

Pious bloggers are requested to pray for the eternal rest of her soul.
