DR. LEONCIO "ONSOY" GARCIA SR. PASSES AWAY

Early morning today, 20 May 2008, Dr. Leoncio "Onsoy" Garcia suffered from myocardial infarction in his home. His son rushed him to Adela Serry Ty Memorial Medical Center in Tandag City where the doctor pronounced him dead at 8:40 AM.
